| I have been dancing and teaching for more than thirty five years. I started taking classes back in the seventies and have been hooked ever since. Belly Dancing changed my life by giving me the self-confidence that I never had before. I love performing and teaching this beautiful art form, and enjoy sharing my experiences and knowledge with my students.
Belly Dancing improves posture and muscle tone, as well as self-image. It also keeps the body and joints flexible.
I know many dancers that are still dancing well into their sixties. Remember, "you are only as old as you feel".
It is for all ages, children and adults. There are even some very good male dancers.
In my spare time I like to read, paint, listen to music, and spend time with my little dog, Tinkerbell, and my seven cats. I come from a family of animal lovers, and am always doing what I can to help animals. My pets have all been rescues. |
